The stock 462 porting is very close to what a ported port timing would be so if using a stock 462 piston your very limited to what you can do to raise hp, sure lots of guys post you get a 40% gain in power with their porting on the 462 but i'm going to tell you that just is not going to happen in the real world , sure if you time a brandnew 462 on its first cut then compare it to the.
